Children's Aid Society has been providing service to children and families since 1890. Current programs to fulfill our mission are:
Adoption
Adoption:Provides a full-range of adoption services to waiting children and prospective families including Private & International Adoption and Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN)
Big Brothers Big Sisters
Big Brothers Big Sisters:Provides mentors to children in need of adult friendship and guidance through our community and school-based programs. Little moments create BIG MAGIC!
Child Care
Child Care:Our child care program is a STAR 3 through Keystone STARS quality initiative. The curriculum-based program provides a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children.
Healthy Marriage
Healthy Marriage:Provides Relationship Education and Enrichment activities to married couples. Strengthening marriage strengthens families and communities.
Nurturing
Nurturing:Strengthens families by giving parents and children the tools needed to have a happy home life.
Pre-K Counts
Pre-K Counts!:Provides children ages 3 & 4 with the social skills, literacy, math, art, science/sensory and gross motor skills necessary to successfully transition into kindergarten and succeed in school.
